I recently purchased the Sally Hansen Complete Salon manicure polish in the color "Shell We Dance?" for $7 at my local Walgreen's. It's claim is that inside one bottle is a base coat, polish, hardener, and top coat. Wow! I'm super impatient, and most of my manicures end up getting a smudge when drying. Maybe I should get tested for ADHD.. Hah. So basically, the less drying time, the smaller chance of a doomed manicure.
I was a little weary of buying this product considering I could buy myself a nice quality China Glaze polish for the price, and it was a drugstore product, so it's not promised to be very good. Boy, was I wrong!
First off, I love this color. It's a somewhat sheer milky pink, and it reminds me of the NARS Turkish Delight lipgloss. Because it is sheer, it actually pols really cool because it looks a little bit like your natural nails, but you can still tell it's polish. And although it's sheer, there is little to no streakiness. Overall, I think this product is very comparable to OPI, even. And, the tapered flat brush is able to plush all the nooks and crannies of my nails.
Overall, I really like this product, it is great value for the price, has a decent selection of colors, and has a formula I really like. 2 coats did the job. I would definitely repurchase this product.
